About us

Cross in sunlight
Welcome to our church

We are a small, genuinely warm, caring and enthusiastic group of people growing to be more like Jesus. Keen to reach out to people who don't yet know Jesus, we are planning to move to a place where many of our local community meet. (Watch this space!)  You are very welcome to be our special guests each Sunday morning at 10am at 85 Horsley Road, Panania (see map).

We look forward to seeing you and getting to know you!

We believe

Find out what we believe - this Statement of Faith comes from the Association of Baptist Churches for NSW and ACT.

Rev Ian Duncan (right)

I was inducted as Pastor of this great church in July 2013. Time flies and we are looking forward with excitement to what God has in store for us in the future!

LifeChurch Panania is a warm and caring bunch of people and I’m stoked to be part of their next chapter of ministry.

I came to this church after 10 years as Senior Chaplain for Baptist Community Services, heading up chaplaincy in hospitals, nursing homes, prisons, and juvenile justice detention centres. Before that, Ian pastored a number of country churches for 25 years.

I believe that the value of the church is in its power to rehabilitate and transform individual lives!

The Other Half

My hubby Ian and I are thrilled and thankful to be serving as part of the warm, active and friendly people at LifeChurch Panania! My day job? A manager in the Commonwealth Government public sector.

Each one of our church family has weathered storms of all sorts in life - and can testify to the power and love of Jesus in bringing us through to a deeper faith in Him, a greater compassion for others, and a growing desire to share the Hope we have with others.

We warmly invite you to come and see for yourselves, what the peace, the hope and the joy that a relationship with Jesus and His People can do, to bring new grace and purpose in your life. We look forward to welcoming you to LifeChurch - see you soon!
